1.What does DesertWalker’s Limited Warranty cover?

This 1-year Limited Warranty is provided to you by Hunan Desert Walker Outdoor Equipment Co., Ltd., ("Desert Walker").

So long as you are the first-hand purchaser(Amazon official store, desertwalkeroutdoor.com, desertwalker.cn or contact via Facebook and official website), and you use your Desert Walker product for the use it was intended (for example, Camping Cot,Tent,Tarp...), and you treat your products with care and maintain them properly, we warrant your product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 years.


2.What does DesertWalker’s Limited Warranty NOT cover?

Artificial wear/scratch/scratch, product damage caused by improper use, DesertWalker has the final interpretation.


3.What does DesertWalker’s Limited Warranty NOT cover?

For 1 years following your purchase of a DesertWalker product, original product parts we determine are defective in materials or workmanship (so long as the defect was not caused by damage while in your possession, or unreasonable use, or failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance), we will repair or replace at our expense. In instances where your warranty-eligible DesertWalker product requires service, but we no longer manufacture the product, or feel that it cannot be repaired, we may offer to replace your product with one of comparable value and function.


4.What do I need to do to start the warranty process?

if we determine that the problem you’re experiencing is covered under warranty, upon fixing or replacing your product, we will return the product to you free of charge.

If we determine that the problem you are experiencing is not covered under warranty, we will, if possible, repair your product for a reasonable charge that includes return shipping and handling.

You need to provide, purchase order number, purchase platform, product picture of damage situation, damage description, user contact email, user name. We will solve the problem for you in the future, please keep in touch, and DesertWalker has the final interpretation.


Repairs FAQ


If we determine that the problem you are experiencing is not covered under warranty, we will, if possible, repair your product for a reasonable charge that includes return shipping and handling.

1.How much do repairs cost?

Some pricing cannot be determined until the work is evaluated.Do to the volume of repairs we receive, we cannot reach out to every single customer for pricing approval before conducting the repair.


2.Repair Shop location ?

3.How long does a repair usually take?

According to the specific maintenance situation, it will be sent within 15 working days after receiving the return (no calculation of logistics time).


4.What if my gear can’t be repaired?

If we have inspected your gear and found that the damage is beyond repair, we’ll send it back to you with a discount code(or Other means of compensation) for a purchase from our website.


Returns


1.Returns Policy

If you wish to return or exchange an item you purchased directly from DesertWalkerOutdoor.com, it must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

All returned items must be in new condition. Please be sure no dirt, grass or pet hair is on the item you are returning.

The buyer bears the return shipping cost.


2.Instructions for Returns

Contact us in advance and check by DesertWalker for compliance with the return criteria.

Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. DesertWalker cannot replace items lost during return shipping if proof of tracking is unavailable.

It generally takes 3 to 5 business days after the package arrives at our warehouse for your return to be processed. Once the return is processed you will get an email confirmation.


Warranty Exclusions & Limitations


This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. DesertWalker’s maximum liability is limited to incidental damages not to exceed the original purchase price of the product.DesertWalker disclaims and excludes any liability for any consequential or other damages resulting from any reason whatsoever. This exclusion and limitation applies to all legal theories under which damages may be sought, and will apply even if any remedy fails of its essential purpose. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, So the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. excluding the limited warranty provided above, desertwalker and its affiliates make no warranties, expressed or implied; and no warranties which extend beyond any manufacturer supplied description accompanying the product. The remedies above are your sole and exclusive remedies against DesertWalker and its affiliates, regardless of legal theory. Should a court find this limited warranty breached, DesertWalker’s only obligation will be, at its option, to either repair or replace product. Should a court find this limited warranty to have failed of its essential purpose, DesertWalker will refund to you the product’s original purchase price.
